Blogging is the buzzword in the "fresh content" and "free marketing" crowds. Everybody tells you that you oughta have a blog, and that if you don't, you're falling behind in business and personally! RSS often goes hand in hand with Blogging, but in fact has more applications that that. We have combined them here based on the volume of information we had to share, and the fact that they are so often used in relation to one another.

The value or necessity of Blogs aside, this section of our site offers a range of opinions, instructions, and informational articles dealing with Blogging, and with using RSS (going out, or coming in) on your site.

Blogs are not as simple as they sound. Mostly it isn't the technical aspect that is difficult, it is maintaining a regular schedule of updates. Without fresh and predictable updates, your blog will fall into disuse, and become the target of spammers who just want to post their ads to your comments sections. A Blog requires attention, maintenance, and regular feeding. Sort of like having a child that doesn't live with you, but who still needs checked in on once a day!
